Mark Sormberger is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Portfolio Cashflow Management, LLC, a state registered investment advisory firm in Texas and California. Mr. Sormberger has actively traded equities and options since 1990.

Prior to founding Portfolio Cashflow Management, LLC Mr. Sormberger held several progressively responsible engineering positions for more than 20 years in the aerospace manufacturing industry. He was an engineer for Boeing for 20 years and held a position directing the project engineering group at the advanced composites center for Bell Helicopter. After leaving Bell Helicopter in 2006 Mark focused full-time on implementing a proprietary options strategy developed over 18 years of trading options.

Ms. Carter currently serves as the account manager of Portfolio Cashflow Management, LLC, assisting founder Mark Sormberger in generating monthly cash flow for clients through the selling or writing of options (puts and calls) on stocks and indexes and assisting with the orderly transfer and service of accounts under management with Portfolio Cashflow Management LLC.

Ms. Carter currently holds the Series 7, the Series 66 and insurance licenses. She has had more than 20 years' experience in the financial services and investment banking industries. Ms. Carter has worked in a senior capacity in the financial services industry with a focus on managing assets and raising capital with a strong emphasis on analysis and research.

Michael currently serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Portfolio Cashflow Management, LLC. He assists in all aspects of trading and analysis for client accounts. His main focus at PCFM to continually enhance the monthly cash flow generated on client accounts, which will involve assisting in portfolio construction and trading strategies.

Michael currently holds the Series 65 securities license for Registered Investment Advisers and has been trading covered calls and options related investment products for over 4 years. Before joining PCFM, Michael operated his own investment adviser firm for several years. He has also previously worked in the commercial real estate industry and as director of operations for a business consulting firm catering to the financial services industry.
